Due to the overwhelming amount of emails I get from past, present and future clients I have new business hours for communications.

As of May 15, 2024 my business hours will be as such:

Monday through Friday 9-4 Central Time

Monday and Tuesday of each week from 9am – 12 noon Central time I will be answering all current client emails with questions.

I will stress if you are having training issues and have multiple questions we will need to schedule a phone call. I just cannot gather enough information in an email.

Wednesday and Thursday each week from 9am-12 noon Central time I will schedule phone calls with current clients to discuss any issues or questions you may have.

Email is and has always been the best way to get a hold of me.  I normally answer emails within 24 hours unless it is the weekend.

I very much welcome phone calls but I do not have my phone attached to me 24/7 so most times I may miss your call. I do not return missed calls unless you leave a message so please leave a message and most times I return calls the same day.

Moving forward I just will not do any office work (phone calls, emails) after 4pm Monday-Friday and weekends.

My workload had just become unmanageable and I am literally working all hours of everyday. I have been burning the candle at both ends for a very long time.  I have always had an open door but with creeping up on almost 1000 clients  I simply cannot do it anymore, I need some balance for my myself, my family and my dogs!
